ONLINE ORDER RETURNS

Le Bent is committed to your satisfaction and love of our threads. You can return any Le Bent product that you are unhappy with for any reason as long as it is in as new condition (unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging) within 30 days of the shipping date. We will happily exchange or refund*.

To return a product, email us at customerservice@lebent.com with the details of your return. A return authorization (r/a) number will be issued. Place the r/a number on the outside of the package you return to us.

We do not cover the cost of shipping for exchange / return / change of mind / "I don't want this anymore" items and recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

* Refunds not applicable on sale items. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per Le Bent’s warranty.

 

A FEW NOTES ...

- Exchanges may be made for an alternate size/colour of same style or an item for the same value, subject to item availability. If the item is no longer produced or in stock we will replace your item with a comparable item based on style and price or refund the original purchase. Shipping costs for exchange / change of mind items are at the cost of the purchaser.

- For approved warranty returns, we will send the replacement free of charge to the address provided by you and we will pay the return shipping cost for such claimed items. Learn more at our warranty page.

- Refunds will be issued according to the original form of payment.

- We reserve the right to limit returns and cannot accept cash on delivery.

- Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and a refund or exchange given.
